Digital channels

Banking,
wherever the customer is.

Mobile and internet banking on a single omnichannel platform.

WHAT IT IS

What DigitalHub is.

DigitalHub is INM's digital channels platform: mobile banking and internet banking on a single codebase, over a core-agnostic API layer. It covers customer authentication and security, a homepage that can be personalised through widgets, personal financial management (PFM) - spending, budgets, savings and net worth - Open Banking on both sides (external account aggregation and consent management) and a conversational assistant for everyday operations. Whatever core the bank already runs - Banka, Finastra Essence or an in-house legacy system - DigitalHub plugs into it by API rather than replacing it, and ships as SaaS or on-premise.

THE PLATFORM

The platform, screen by screen.

WHY IT MATTERS

One app, every brand,
every channel.

One app for everything the customer needs: balances and transactions, payments, automated savings, net worth and Open Banking - over an API layer that talks to the core you already run. Launching a new channel no longer requires a core project.

iOS, Android and web on one base PFM and Open Banking built in, not bolted-on integrations Widget-based homepage, managed by the bank and the customer

ADVANTAGES

Personalisation, Open Banking and your own brand, on one base.

The bank's homepage and the customer's, on the same screen

A widget engine keeps commercial communication (highlights and offers managed by the back office) clearly separate from customer personalisation (reorder, resize, hide and reset) - without either one crowding out the other.

Open Banking on both sides

External account aggregation (AISP) and management of consents granted to third parties (ASPSP) on the same platform - the bank aggregates what the customer holds elsewhere and controls what it exposes to third-party apps.

Financial health built in, not an add-on

Spending and income, category budgets, savings vaults with automation and a net worth view all run on the same account and transaction data - without duplicating integrations in a separate PFM module.

A multi-brand design system, not a fork per bank

INNOVA - the design system behind this platform - separates brand tokens (colour, typography, density) from components and application logic, in layers: foundations, semantic tokens, components, brand theme and interface. Switching brand means picking a theme, not rewriting screens.

FEATURES

From the homepage to Open Banking, in one app.

Dynamic widget-based homepage: a bank zone (highlights, offers, campaign shortcuts) and a customer zone (reorder, resize, hide/restore via catalogue), managed independently of each other.

Actionable notifications: instead of a feed to browse, each notification takes the customer straight to the screen where the cause gets resolved - insufficient cover for a scheduled direct debit, a newly detected subscription.

Spending and income: period analysis with KPIs and drill-down by category, merchant, country, currency, card or account.

Category budgets: a spending limit set by the customer, with tracking against the three states (within limit, over limit, no limit set).

Account statement and commitments: transaction history with filters and export, plus a tab for upcoming financial commitments with an insufficient-cover alert.

Savings vaults: goals with a target date, automatic periodic top-ups and round-up on purchases, plus savings challenges with a committed amount.

Net worth: an integrated position by account type, with drill-down to the individual account and an explicit note whenever it includes external accounts via Open Banking.

Open Banking: a 4-step flow to connect external institutions (AISP) and manage consents granted to third parties (ASPSP), with full technical states (active, expiring, expired, revoked).

Conversational assistant: resolves balance enquiries, transaction history and transfers in natural language, automatically inferring the technical channel and recognising favourite payees.

Security Centre: a calculated security score from an actionable checklist (password, biometrics, devices, sessions), with device management, active sessions and the authentication channel - all in one screen.

BUILT FOR

For which kind of digital channels project.

Retail banks consolidating channels onto one base

Mobile and internet banking currently run on separate systems, with a need to unify authentication, personalisation and day-to-day operations on a single engine.

Banks launching Open Banking on both sides

Need to aggregate external accounts for their own customers while, at the same time, exposing their own accounts to third-party apps under consent.

Banks with active business customers on digital channels

Multi-account, multi-currency cashflow, operator management and a liquidity view for corporate customers, alongside the retail offering.

Product teams that want personalisation managed, not lost

The back office keeps a commercial communication channel (highlights, offers) without taking away the customer's control over their own homepage.

HOW IT WORKS

From login to everyday banking, step by step.

01

Authentication

Login with a password, OS-level biometrics or FaceTec, plus a second-confirmation channel (SAF) whenever the operation requires it.

02

Personalised homepage

The widget engine assembles the homepage from the bank's placements and the customer's already-saved preferences.

03

Operate

PFM, payments, savings, net worth and Open Banking all run on the same account data - without leaving the app for another system.

04

Continuous security

A security score, actionable notifications and device/session monitoring stay with the customer after login.

Frequently asked questions

What is DigitalHub?

It's INM's digital channels platform: mobile banking and internet banking on a single base, with authentication and security, a personalisable homepage, financial health/PFM, Open Banking on both sides and a conversational assistant - integrated with the bank's existing core banking system, without replacing it.

Does it work with any core banking system?

Yes. The core connection is adapter-based - Banka, Finastra Essence, an in-house legacy system, whatever is already there - over API/ISO, with no change to the central system. The domestic side works the same way: each market's clearing house, EMIS in Angola included, plugs in through an adapter.

Is it available as SaaS or on-premise?

Both. Banks in markets with data-residency requirements usually choose on-premise; SaaS where regulation allows it.

Does DigitalHub include Open Banking?

Yes - on both sides: external account aggregation for the customer (AISP) and management of consents the bank grants to third-party apps over its own accounts (ASPSP), including the technical consent states (active, expiring, expired, revoked).

Who implements it, and who stays after go-live?

INM's own teams - we don't subcontract implementation. The same team runs, evolves and supports the product 24/7 after go-live.
