How Innovation Makers collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to this site and of those who contact us.

Data provided in the contact form (name, institution, role, country, email, phone, request type, message) and technical browsing data strictly necessary for the site to work.
Answering contact, demo and diagnostic requests (consent and legitimate interest), sending updates only with express opt-in, managing the commercial relationship and complying with legal obligations.
Contact data is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact and, where a commercial relationship exists, for the applicable legal period.
We do not sell data. We may use processors (hosting, email, CRM) bound by contract and by the same protection guarantees.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability - via geral@inm.pt. You may lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Portugal) or the competent authority in your country.

Providers: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4) and PostHog, Inc., on EU infrastructure (eu.i.posthog.com). Purpose: aggregated usage statistics, including the share of visits arriving from generative AI assistants. Legal basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google transfers to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; PostHog data is stored in the EU. Retention: 14 months (GA4), 12 months (PostHog). To serve fonts and sample images, your IP address may be transmitted to Google Fonts and Unsplash. These resources will be self-hosted in the final version of the site.
For contacts handled from the Luanda office, Angola's Personal Data Protection Law No. 22/11 also applies, with the APD as the competent authority.
